The IOC World Bird List initiative has grown into a global project informed by expert colleagues worldwide.  David Donsker and Frank Gill serve as managing editors of the list and its website, but broad participation fuels the pace and quality of the list.  We welcome constructive feedback through our dedicated mailbox worldbirdnames@gmail.com, and appreciate the initial participation of the many colleagues below.

NOTICE (APRIL 24, 2018):  The IOC World Bird List serves over 20,000 unique users monthly.  We are thrilled but can’t keep up with the formal recognition of participants, despite our great appreciation of their assistance .  We hope that you will understand and will continue to improve this resource on a regular basis.  Thank you.  F
